Troubleshooting: Item selling price does not follow the setting in Item Price Book

Question: I have set the promotional price for Debtor A in Item Price Book Maintenance, but when I create a new invoice, the selling price does not follow the price set in Item Price Book?

Version: 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0

Possible Reason:

You didn’t check the Sales Auto Price option 'Use Price Book'

Solution:

Go to Tools > Options > Invoicing > Auto Price > Sales Auto Price, Check the Sales Auto Price option 'Use Price Book'.

Note: If none of the checkboxes is checked, the Standard Selling Price at Stock Item Maintenance will be used.
