Troubleshooting: Items not shown when inquiry Re-order Advice Report

Question: why certain items were not shown when I inquiry Reorder Advice Report?

Version: 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0

Possible Reason:

The item balance quantities are more than reorder level. If balance quantity is more than re-order level, item will not be shown in reorder advice report.

You may check at Stock Item Maintenance for the balance quantity, and Reorder Level Quantity.

For example:

Balance Quantity is 14, Re-order Level is 12, so this item will not be shown in Reorder Advice Report.

This item will on be shown in Reorder Advice Report when its balance quantity is equal or below 12.
