Question: Why there is an error message prompted: Unknown Sql Exception (Number = 102, Message=Incorrect syntax near ’)’.) when I double click to launch AutoCount Accounting? What should I do?

Version: 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0


Possible Reason:

Suspected that there is a language mismatch between AutoCount and the computer’s operating system.


Solution:

At Region Settings, change the Country or region from other country to Malaysia.



You should be able to login AutoCount now.


Note: Please seek assistance from your software dealer if the problem still persists after performing the suggested steps.
