Troubleshooting: Missing Price History Tab from Show Instant Info

Question: When I click on Show Instant Info, why there is no Price History tab?

Version: 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0

Possible Reason :

You are not granted access rights to Show Price History under Sales Instant Info.

Solution :

1) (Admin user) Go to General Maintenance > User Maintenance > Access Rights > Invoicing > Sales > Sales Instant Info > Show Price History; grant the access rights for the user group or user and click on Apply.

Note: Purchase document instant info access right is under General Maintenance > User Maintenance > Access Rights > Invoicing > Purchase > Purchase Instant Info > Show Price History.

2) Reopen the Invoice and click on Show Instant Info, now the Price History Tab is shown.
