Troubleshooting: Missing Report Name Nota Serahan when login different PC using same User ID

Question : When I preview Delivery Order report in PC 1, the report named - Nota Serahan is missing, but the report appears when preview using PC 2 . The User ID is the same. Why?

Version : 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0

Possible Reason :

The report Nota Serahan (in Malay language) will appear when the computer region is Malay (Malaysia).

Solution :

For PC 1, change the input language & format to Malay (Malaysia) under Control Panel > Clock, Language, and Religion > Change date, time, or number formats. Then, re-login AutoCount and the report will appear.
