Troubleshooting: Monthly Sales Analysis Report - the value of total is not shown

Question : When I inquiry the Monthly Sales Analysis Report, the value of "Total" at footer is not displayed?

Version : 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0

Possible Reason :

When the list of debtors you inquired consists of more than 1 currency, the total value at the footer will be hidden automatically. This is because value of different currencies cannot be logically summed up.


Solution :

However you may opt to display the total value in local currency,

Click on More Options, check the checkbox of “Show in Local Currency”, then click on OK.

2) Click on Inquiry and now the total is shown. The value shown for the foreign currency’s debtor is in local currency.
