Troubleshooting: Mouse wheel is not functioning with the drop-down list in AutoCount System

Question: When create new DO or Invoice, mouse wheel doesn’t scroll up or down in drop down list to search for an item code? I' m using windows 10.

Version: 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0

Possible Reason:

Setting 'Scroll inactive windows when I hover over them' is turned on.


Clicks on Windows button and search for 'Mouse Settings'

Turn off the setting 'Scroll inactive windows when I hover over them'.

Re-login AutoCount and mouse wheel should be able to work correctly now.
