Troubleshooting: New document date does not follow current date

From AutoCount Resource Center

Question : When I create new document, the document date is using yesterday’s date. Why?

Version : 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0


Possible Reason :

You have not logged out AutoCount since last log in yesterday or your computer date is wrong.


Solution :

1) You need to log out the system, and re-log in. Make sure the system date is showing today’s date at login screen.


2) If your computer date is wrong, correct it and re-log in AutoCount.
