Troubleshooting: No account description shown Profit & Loss Statement

Question: When I preview Profit & Loss Statement, the account description is not shown, only the account numbers is shown?

Version: 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0

Possible Reason:

You have checked the checkbox of 'Use 2nd Description' and you did not key in anything for 2nd Description at Account Maintenance.

Solution:

(1) Maintain the 2nd Description for each account. ... OR

(2) Before preview, make sure the checkbox of 'Use 2nd Description' is unchecked.
