Troubleshooting: No result when inquiry Customer Price Listing

Question: Why there is nothing to show when I inquiry Customer Price Listing? I have some active transaction for the debtors.

Version: 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0


Possible Reason:

You didn’t set the item price book for debtors. This report is to show customer price list by debtor according to price category and price book setting. It will not show the price history for customers.


Solution:

To set the price book, Go to Stock > More Stock Maintenance > Item Price Book Maintenance



Check the check box according to your preference, select item & UOM, click on Edit.



Fill in amount or discount value and click on OK.



You may see the price list have been set.

Go back to Customer Price listing<> & inquiry again. System will show out your pre-set prices now.
