Troubleshooting: Non-Leaf Accounts error when click on Opening Balance

Question: When I want to edit my opening balance, it shows me the Non-Leaf Accounts Error. What should I do?

Version: 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0

Possible Reason:

This is due to there is an amount in 3100/000 parent account.

Answer:

Please make sure there is no amount in the parent account. A parent account's total should be summed up from its sub accounts.
