Troubleshooting: Not allowed to cancel Stock Assembly Order-The document was transferred to other documents, so it is not allowed to cancel

Question: I have cancelled a Stock Assembly that was transferred from this Stock Assembly Order. Why can’t I cancel the Stock Assembly Order? Error prompted ‘The document was transferred to other documents, so it is not allowed to cancel.’

Version: 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0 / 2.1

Possible Reason:

This is a known bug and already fixed in version 2.1.8.24.

Solution:

Update to version 2.1.8.24 or above.
If you do not wish to update your version, here is a temporary solution.
In order to cancel the Stock Assembly Order, you need to delete the Stock Assembly which this Stock Assembly Order has transferred to.
