Troubleshooting: Payment amount not shown in Invoice
Question : I have dragged out the field of payment amount at invoice, but it doesn’t show any figure? Example: I have created an invoice with partial knock off RM300.
Version : 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0
Possible Reason :
The payment was created from New AR Receive Payment instead of New Payment from Invoice.
Solution :
None.
The payment amount will be shown in Invoice only if the payment is created from Invoice. (view Invoice > Payment > New Payment)
