Troubleshooting: Payment received but commission is not included in Commission by Collection Report
Question : In Commission By Collection report, why some of the invoices was paid but commission is not counted?
Version : 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0
Possible Reason :
In this report, the commission is entitled when the payment is received within the days that set in Sales Agent Maintenance’s commission. Those transaction which commission is empty might be because the payment date is later the days set.
Solution :
1) Go to General Maintenance > Sales Agent Maintenance, check out the setting for Sales Agent A, the Commission Maintenance set to 10% within 0 Days which means entitle for commission only if the payment is received on the same day (Invoice date).
2) In the report showing Invoice I-000042 dated 02/10/18 did not entitle for commission because the payment received after 8 days (10/10/18).
3) If the Commission Maintenance is wrong, then you may edit the Within Days and inquiry again the Commission By Collection report .
