Troubleshooting: Preview Profit & Loss error - ’1 is not supported code page, parameter name: codepage’

Question: When I preview my profit and loss statement, it prompts me an error message: ‘’1 is not supported code page, parameter name: codepage.

Version: 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0

Possible Reason:

Region setting format of PC is not set to English, system unable to translate the pc language format.


Answer:

Change the PC input language & format to English under Control Panel > Clock, Language, and Religion > Change date, time, or number formats.

Now, you should be able to preview Profit & Loss statement without error.
