Question : When I preview report, there is an error message prompted: The system cannot find the path specified…

Version : 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0



Possible Reason :

This issue may be caused by missing or damaged files in AutoCount folder.


Solution :

Reinstall AutoCount Application.


Note : Please seek assistance from your software dealer if the problem still persists after performing the suggested steps.
