Troubleshooting: Preview report shows duplicated detail records

Question: Only one item was entered in Invoice, but when I preview report it shows duplicated lines?

Version: 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0

Possible Reason:

There are 2 records maintained at item price book for this Item Code APPLE IPHONE 5 and debtor BEST PHONE SDN BHD.

Solution:

1) Go to Stock > More Stock Maintenance > Item Price Book Maintenance > Filter on the item, and click on Edit.

2) Delete (use the checkbox) 1 of the records, then click on OK.

3) Preview the invoice again, now it shows 1 detail record correctly.
