Version: 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0 / 2.1

Possible Reason:

This is a permission issue of temporary backup folder at C:\Users\XXX\AppData\Local\Temp\AutoCount\.

Type %temp% in window search.

2) Right click on AutoCount folder > Properties.

4) Type “Everyone”, click on Check Names and OK.

5) Provide full permissions for group Everyone. Click on Apply and OK.
