Troubleshooting: SST-02 is not appeared after ran SST Processor

Question: Why SST – 02 form is not appeared after I ran SST processor?

Version: 1.9 / 2.0

Possible Reason :

You did not maintain your Sales / Services Tax Registration No in Company Profile.

Solution :

1) Go to General Maintenance > Company Profile, if your company subject to Sale or Service Tax, please key in your Sale Tax Reg. No and Service Tax Reg. No, then click on OK.

2) Delete the SST Processor, and re-run again. Now you can see your SST – 02 (Sales) and SST – 02 (Service) show in SST Return.
