Troubleshooting: SST Processor error-Cannot set column TaxBRNo. The value violates the MaxLength limit of this column
Question: When I run SST processor, system prompts this message, what should I do?
Error on SST On Payment: Cannot set column ‘TaxBrNo’. The value violated the MaxLength limit of the column.
Version: 1.9 / 2.0
Possible Reason:
The Debtor business registration number (including spaces) has exceeded 25 characters as currently TaxBRNo column in Journal supports 25 characters only.
Solution (1):
1. Go to Debtor Maintenance to find debtor A, edit the Registration No. Most likely you have put several spaces at the end of the number. Remove the spaces and click on Save.
2. Re-run your SST processor and you should be successfully completed the process.
Solution (2):
Update AutoCount to version 2.1.7.22 or later, system increased TaxBRNo length to 30. Then re-run your SST Processor.
