Troubleshooting: Sales Order created by AOTG External user unable to transfer

Question: Why Sales Order created by AOTG external user when transfer to Invoice will prompt “There is nothing to be transferred!”


Possible Reason:

“Can transfer?” option has not been checked. Sales Order created by AOTG external user must manually edit and check the Can Transfer option.


Solution:

1) Edit sales order that created by AOTG external user. Go to Edit tab, and check the checkbox of Can Transfer? and click on Save.



2) Now, this Sales Order can be transferred to Sales Invoice.
