Troubleshooting: Sales account has figure but drill down it shows empty

Question : In Account Maintenance, the SALES account got figure, but when double click to drill down, it was empty. Why?

Version : 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0

Possible Reason :

You have enabled Filter by Account and filter out the SALES Account for this login user.

Solution :

Request your Admin to remove the SALES account from “Account Exclude”.

Go to General Maintenance > User Maintenance > Edit User > Account Exclude, click on Maintain and uncheck SALES account, and click on Save, and click on Save again.

Try to double click to drill down SALES account, the transactions are shown now.
