Troubleshooting: Sales amount different between Multi-Dimensional Sales Analysis Report and Monthly Sales Analysis Report
Question: Why the sales amount is different when I inquiry Multi-Dimensional Sales Analysis Report and Monthly Sales Analysis Report?
Version: 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0
E.g.: From 01 October 2017 until 31 October 2017, in Multi-Dimensional Sales Analysis Report show amount 2399, but in Monthly Sales Analysis Report show amount 6599.
**Note: No other filter criteria was defined from the Filter Options for both reports.

Possible Reason:
In Multi-Dimensional Sales Analysis Report, there are some column fields being filtered. This will result the sales amount deducted from the filtered columns.
E.g.: Sales Agent column are being filtered to show the particular Sales Agent’s sales amount.
Solution:
Remove all the column fields filtered in Multi-Dimensional Sales Analysis Report to show all transaction amounts.
1. In Multi-Dimensional Sales Analysis Report, if a column field's right top corner indicates a filter label, it means that column field is being filtered.
2. Click on the filter label, click on (Show All), and then click on OK.
3. Now, the sales amount in Multi-Dimensional Sales Analysis should be tallied with your Monthly Sales Analysis Report.
