Troubleshooting: Some Member record not shown in Change Member No

From AutoCount Resource Center

Question: Change Member No shows only 1 member but member maintenance has 2 members?

Version: 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0

Possible Reason:

Some members could be inactive.


Change Code function is not applicable for Inactive members.
If you wish to do so, you need to make it “active” before Change Code.
Edit the Member and check on ‘Active’.
