Troubleshooting: Stock Adjustment error - Primary Key Error

From AutoCount Resource Center

Question: When I try to save stock adjustment, it prompts “Primary Key Error”. I try to run Fix Internal Key problem at AutoCount Management Studio but still cannot solve the problem.

Version: 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0

Possible Reason:

You have created UDF in stock adjustment that requires its value to be Unique, but you did not key in the unique value for that UDF field in this stock adjustment.

Solution (1):

Key in different value in this UDF, and you shall be able to save this document.

Solution (2):

Remove the Unique setting for this UDF field.
Login AutoCount Management Studio, go to Tools > User Defined Field > Stock > Stock Adjustment, edit the UDF and uncheck the Unique setting and click on OK to save.
Then you shall be able to save the stock adjustment even if the UDF value is duplicated.
