Troubleshooting: Stock Balance report do not have UOM column

From AutoCount Resource Center

Question: Stock balance and stock card reports in one of the account books do not have UOM column, but other account books have it?

Version: 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0



Possible Reason :

Basic Multi-UOM module or Advanced Multi-UOM module in this account book is not enabled.


Solution :

1) Go to Tools > Program Control > Module Setting, enable ‘Basic Multi-UOM’ or ‘Advanced Multi-UOM’ and click on OK.



2) Re-open Stock Balance Report and inquiry again, the UOM column is shown now.
