Troubleshooting: Supplier tax registration number not shown in GAF Viewer

Question: In GST Return > GAF viewer, Tax Registration No. of some suppliers are not shown?

Version: 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0

Possible Reason:

Such details in Creditors Maintenance are keyed in only after ran the GST Processor.

Solution:

1. go to Edit and Save the transaction. Then delete and re-run the GST Processor.

2. If the GST Processor is committed, go to GST, click on "GST Instant Info" to get the updated GAF.

Clicks on "Change" if you want to view the GAF file of another period. For example, April.

Go to GAF Viewer, the tax registration number is updated in GST instant info.
