Troubleshooting: Tax Type not found - when saving transaction of imported services

Question : When I try to save transaction of Imported Services that has applied IMSV-6, system prompts error ‘‘Tax Type not found’’. Why?

Version : 1.9 / 2.0

Possible Reason :

This is a known bug and already fixed in version 1.9.6.20.
For version 2.0 this bug is fixed in version 2.0.7.115.

Solution (1) :

For version 1.9 - Update to version 1.9.6.20 or above.
For version 2.0 - Update to version 2.0.7.115 or above.

Solution (2) :

If you do not wish to update your current version, here is a temporary solution.
Go to Tax > Tax Code Maintenance > Configure Malaysia SST > SST Option, uncheck Use Default SST Code and click on Save. Then you should be able to save the transaction. After saving the transaction, you will need to enable the function of Use Default SST Code.
