Troubleshooting: This user does not have the permission to approve the document and the outstanding amount exceeded the limit

From AutoCount Resource Center

Question : System prompted violate credit limit when I try to save Invoice. I try to key in my user name and password, but system prompted "This user does not have the permission to approve the document and the outstanding amount exceeded the limit xx ". Why?

Possible Reason :

This is an access rights issue. You have not been granted access rights to approve the document when exceeds credit limit / overdue limit.


Solution :

Request your Admin user to add the access rights for you.

1) Go to General Maintenance > User Maintenance.


2) Go to Access Right > System > Credit Control.


3) To add all access rights under Credit Control, click on Set Group Access Rights, then select the user name and select Add, then click on OK.


4) Now you should be able to approve the document when the amount exceeds credit limit / overdue limit control.
