Troubleshooting: Two computers having different report layouts

Question : Print Outstanding Sales Order Listing layout in computer A is different from computer B? Both login the same account book.

Version : 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0

Image 1: Computer ‘A’

Image 2: Computer ‘B’

Possible Reason :

Computer A layout is from Basic Option while Computer B is Advanced Option.

Solution :

To switch options, go to Report, and choose Switch to Advanced Option, or vice versa.
