Troubleshooting: Unable to delete Sales Invoice at AOTG

Question : At AOTG, I wish to delete one of the Invoices but why I can’t find the delete button?

Possible Reason :

You do not have the access rights to delete Sales Invoice at AOTG.

Solution :

1) To add the access rights, go to Setting > Administration

2) Click on Access Group

3) Select your access group and click on Edit

4) Under Permissions, check for allow to Delete for Sales Invoices and click on Save.

5) Re-login AOTG and click on View Mode for the Invoice.

6) Click on Delete and click on OK.

7) The Invoice has been successfully deleted.
