Troubleshooting: Unable to export grid content to excel

Question: Why can’t I export Ledger grid or any report to excel?

Version: 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0

Possible Reason:

This is an access rights issue. You have not been granted access rights to export the grid content to excel.

Solution:

Go to General Maintenance > User Maintenance；

Click on Access Rights

Go to AutoCount Accounting > System> Behaviors > Allow Export Grid Content

Please make sure you have applied the access rights for “Allow Export Grid Content”.

Note: Please contact your administrator for the access rights control.
