Troubleshooting: Unable to find Change Item Code in Change Code

Question : User A is granted access rights to change Item code. But he still can’t access to Change Item Code?

Version : 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0

Possible Reason :

This user does not have access rights of Show Stock Item Maintenance.

Solution :

To grant this user the access rights,

1) Go to General Maintenance > User Maintenance > Access Rights,

or General Maintenance > Access Rights Maintenance (For Version 2.0).

2) Under Stock > Stock Item Maintenance > Show Stock Item Maintenance, check the checkbox of the user you wish to add this control and click on Apply.

Now, the user should be able to access Change Item Code.
