Troubleshooting: Unable to find K.I.V Invoice in Open K.I.V Folder

Question: I have saved an Invoice as draft and my colleague will help to complete it. Why can’t he locate the K.I.V invoice in Open K.I.V Folder?

Version: 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0

Possible Reason:

K.I.V documents are saved according to User ID.

Solution:

Login AutoCount using the same User ID and you should be able to find the invoice.
