Troubleshooting: Unable to print AR Invoice

Question: Why can’t I print AR Invoice for my customer?

Version: 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0


Possible Reason:

In AutoCount, user cannot print AR invoice from the system. This is because AR invoice entry is for accounting entry only, it is not for invoicing billing. Thus, you can’t find preview or print button in A/R Invoice entry.



Solution:

If you want to print invoice to your customers, you should key in your transaction in Sales > Invoice. And then you may preview/print out invoice for your customers.





Note: If your system doesn’t include invoicing package and you wish to upgrade it, kindly contact your software dealer for a quote.
