Troubleshooting: Unable to select different cash payment in Cash Sale

Question: Why when I create a new cash sale in AutoCount, system auto select the 1st cash account? As I have several cash account in system, but I can’t select other cash account.

Version: 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0


Possible Reason:

System will always capture the first payment method in the Payment Method Maintenance based on the payment type (Cash / Cheque / Credit) that you choose.



Solution:

If you have more than 1 Cash account, you need to choose Multi Payment, and choose the payment method that you want.

Click on Multi Payment to choose multiple payment method.
