Troubleshooting: Unable to select stock code in Monthly Sales Analysis report

Question: Why am I not able to select stock code in Monthly Sales Analysis report?

Version: 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0

Possible Reason:

By default, the filter option of Group Level 1 is set to Debtor Code only. That's why other filter options are barred.

Answer:

In order to filter by Stock Code, you may define the option of either Item Code, Item Group or Item Type in Group Level 1 or Group Level 2.
