Troubleshooting: User unable to customize grid layout

Question : Why User A cannot customize grid layout?

Version : 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0

Possible Reason :

User A does not have access rights to customize grid layout.

Solution :

To grant this user the access rights,

1) Go to General Maintenance > User Maintenance > Access Rights,

or General Maintenance > Access Rights Maintenance (For Version 2.0).

2) Under System > Behaviors > Allow Customize Grid Layout, check the checkbox of the user you wish to add this control and click on Apply.

Now User A should able to customize the layout by using column chooser to add column.

For AutoCount Accounting version 2.0 onwards, users are allowed to customize the layout of input page.
