Troubleshooting: Why Real Cost is empty
Question : I’ve keyed in Purchase Invoice and transaction is updated to Stock Card report, but why Item Maintenance’s real cost is empty?

Possible Reason :
You didn’t enable the option to update real cost from Purchase Invoice /Cash Purchase.
There is no way to manually key in the Real Cost, to update it you need to enable the update real cost option or check the checkbox of update to real cost when you create Stock Update Cost.
1) Go to Tools > Options > Invoicing > Document Control, for Update Item Cost Option, you need to select Update Real Cost from Purchase Invoice /Cash Purchase , and click on OK.
2) Once this option is enabled, the Real Cost will be updated when you save a new Purchase Invoice / Cash Purchase. To update real cost for PI-000022, you need to re-login AutoCount and edit the Purchase Invoice and Save, then the real cost will be updated.
3) Besides, when you create Stock Update Cost, there is a checkbox for Update to Real Cost. To update, you need to check it.
