Troubleshooting: Why are the search criteria for Item Group not available (shown in grey)

Question: In Find Stock Item, why some of the search criteria like Item Group, Item Type are not available?

Version: 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0

Possible Reason:

You have enabled Google like Search.

Solution:

Uncheck Google like search, then you will able to use those search criteria.
