Troubleshooting: Why is the system still allow to save transaction with inactive item?

Question: My item is inactive, why I still able to save the transaction with inactive item?

Version: 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0

Possible Reason :

You’ve granted the access right allow to save inactive items.

Solution :

To remove the access right, go to General Maintenance > Access Rights Maintenance >AutoCount Accounting > System > Behaviors, uncheck the User ID/User Group and click on Apply.

Now, system won’t allow you to save any transaction with inactive item.
