Troubleshooting: Why some items are not printed in SO report

Question : The Sales Order have 5 items, when preview/print it shows only 3 items. Why?

Version : 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0

Possible Reason :

Certain items did not checked for “Print?” , so it won’t show in the report.

Solution :

1) Right Click on any column header and select Column Chooser.

2) Drag out the column “Print?” from column chooser

3) You will see that certain items were not checked for “Print?”. To print it all, you need to edit the Sales Order, and make sure all items are checked for ”Print?”, then click on Save & Preview.

4) Now all items are shown in the report.
