Troubleshooting: Wrong decimal symbol 100.00 became 100,00
Question : Wrong decimal symbol, 100.00 is shown as 100,00?
Version : 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0
Possible Reason :
Region format is wrongly configured.
Solution :
Reconfigure the Windows Region format.
1) Go to Control Panel > Clock and Region.
2) Click on Region, and click on Additional Settings in Formats tab.
3) Reassign correct value for Decimal Symbol and Digit Grouping Symbol, click on Apply and OK.
4) Re-login AutoCount to check if the amount shown is normal now.
