Troubleshooting Payroll: Bonus amount is not shown in Payroll Summary Report
Question: Why the bonus amount is not shown in the payroll summary report? I’ve generated Bonus using Bonus processor.

Possible Reason:
You did not check the checkbox of the bonus tab under payroll type before preview the payroll summary report.
Solution:
Check the checkbox of the bonus tab under payroll type before generating the payroll summary report.
This will generate a bonus summary report that will reflect the bonus amount of the staff.
Else, if bonus is generated in current month payroll transaction. The amount will be shown in the monthly payroll summary report, under the bonus column.
