Troubleshooting Payroll: Create payroll transaction error – Sorry, your License only allow process up to 100 employees. (Total employees now is 101)

Question: When I create payroll transaction, system prompts me an error message ‘Sorry, your License only allow process up to 100 employees. (Total employees now is 10)’. Why?

Possible Reason:

Your payroll package is limited to maximum 100 employees only. Thus, system wouldn’t allow you to create new payroll transaction once your number of employees exceeded the limit.

Solution:

If you have employees more than 100, you may have to upgrade the payroll package to larger capacity. Kindly contact your software dealer.
