Troubleshooting Payroll: EA Form does not show the amount for allowance
Question: Why is my EA form not showing allowance for selected employee?
Possible Reason:
You didn’t check the checkbox of Tax for the particular Allowance. In order to show the amount of Allowance, the tax column for allowance must be checked.
Solution:
1. Go to Maintain Employee.
2. Select an employee to Edit.
3. Under Allowance Tab, check the checkbox of Tax column and click on Save.
4. Reset the payroll for that employee of particular month and Click on Save.
Preview the EA Form once again, the amount of allowance will be shown now.
