Troubleshooting Payroll: Error when backup "Unknown error, backup aborted"

Question : When I try to do backup, system prompted error “Unknown error, backup aborted”. Why?

Possible Reason :

Empty or wrong information for Temporary Backup Folder at Database Server Information.

Solution :

1) At Server, click on Options and type the support password payrollworld. Then click on Edit Database Server Information.

2) Click on Browse to select temporary backup folder and click on OK.

3) Click on OK to save.

4) Log in and do backup again. Backup successfully.

Note : Please seek assistance from your software dealer if the problem still persists after performing the steps as shown above.
