Troubleshooting Payroll: Income Tax EA report not found when preview

Question: Why when I want to generate my EA form in my own pc, error message “Income Tax EA report not found.”, while my colleague can generate this report at another pc?

Possible Reason:

Some report files are missing from the system. It may due to deletion of Antivirus .

Solution:

Reinstall AutoCount payroll system for your pc. Then preview the report once again.
