Troubleshooting Payroll: Leave balance for 2017 does not bring forward to 2018

Question : Why does leave balance for 2017 not bring forward (b/f) to 2018?

Possible Reason :

System will not automatic bring forward the leave balance to 2018.

Solution :

But user can maintain their leave b/f manually into the system.

1. Go to Leave > Maintenance > Create Leave Entitlement

2. Select Year 2018 and click on Create

3. Highlight on each employee, it will show their own leave details.

Key in their b/f leave amount in BF column and click on Save.
