Troubleshooting Payroll: Login Error – The exception unknown software exception (0x0eedfade) ...

Question : When I double click to launch Payroll system, there is an error message prompted “The exception unknown software exception (0x0eedfade) occurred in the application at location 0x7c812afb”. What should I do?

Possible Reason :

Firebird is not installed in your pc.

Solution :

Install Firebird and you should be able to login after installed.
